Sizzling on the Grill...

Sirloin Beef Steak (barbecued just the way you like it) – Served with red onion marmalade
Pollo Balsamico
– tender breast of chicken marinated in balsamic vinegar and grilled over an open flame
Tsipoura - whole sea bream grilled with wild oregano, garlic and lemon
Halloumi – traditional Cypriot halloumi cheese: mouthwatering when straight from the grill

On the Buffet....

Potatoes – Either baked in their jackets or roasted with olive oil and fresh rosemary
Cypriot Village Salad – A summer delight of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onions, olives and feta cheese with a simple olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing
Salad of Roast Beetroot, Rocket and Feta Cheese
Salad of Roasted Vegetables and wilted Spinach

Fresh Mushrooms – sauteed in garlic and white wine
Tzaziki – the famous Greek dip of yoghurt, cucumber and garlic
